S. Truett Reed
Manager, Marketing and Development
The Washington Campus

Truett Reed is the manager of marketing and development for The Washington Campus.  Among other duties, he assists the Campus president in the critical areas of program marketing and customer development, including researching and expanding outreach; designing and preparing publications; and maintaining alumni and customer relations. 

Mr. Reed’s previous experience includes serving as Grassroots Coordinator for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers in Tallahassee, FL, where he worked on grassroots political and legislative campaigns, as well as a constitutional amendment initiative on behalf of injured Floridians.  He went on to work as a project manager for VancoreJones Communications, Inc., a full-service communications firm in Tallahassee, FL, where he assisted in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns for clients across a number of industries.

Mr. Reed graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. degree in business administration. While in college, Truett studied abroad in London and held a commercial marketing internship in Gainesville, FL.  He is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Marketing program at Johns Hopkins University.

A native of Florida’s capital city, Mr. Reed now resides in Washington, DC with his wife, Rebecca.
