How to register

To register you must complete an application form to be submitted to both The Washington Campus Registrar and the on-campus representative at your school. For a list of On-Campus Representatives please click here.

Application forms must be submitted in time to meet the appropriate deadlines:

January 7 - 11, 2008
(Registration deadline: October 15th, 2007)
 
March 10 - 14, 2008
(Registration deadline: December 15th, 2007)
 
May 19 - 23, 2008
(Registration deadline: February 15th, 2008)
 
June 16 - 20, 2008
(Registration deadline: March 15th, 2008)
 
September 8 - 12, 2008
(Registration deadline: June 15th, 2008)


Please check with your on-campus representative regarding registration, as some schools require additional information and/or have earlier deadlines for student applications to The Washington Campus.

All applicants must be approved by their on-campus representative to be accepted to attend the course.

Accepted students will receive notification within one week of the session deadline. Payment is due upon the receipt of an acceptance letter and tuition/activity fee invoice.

Payment

Payment of the activity fee ($115) and tuition ($1,000) is due at the time of registration.  The activity fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other programs.

If payment has not been received you may forfeit your space in the program.

Please note: Some schools in the Consortium may require students to pay an additional fee to their institution. Others may offer scholarships and/or financial aid.  Please see The Washington Campus representative at your school for details.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@washcampus.edu.

Should you need to cancel or transfer your enrollment, please note the deadline schedule and refund/transfer amount.  No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

The registration/activity fee is non-refundable and is not transferable to future programs.  If you cancel or decide to transfer to another program, we will apply the tuition refund/transfer amount as follows:

Cancellation/transfer from the start date of the program for which you have registered:

90 days out = 100% refund of tuition
60 days out = 75% refund of tuition
30 days out = no refund of tuition

Accommodations

Tuition does not include lodging. For more information on seminar venues and nearby accommodations, please click here

Meals

Tuition includes an opening reception and closing lunch, but otherwise students are responsible for their own meals.
