To assist you in making your travel arrangements, the Washington Campus has negotiated discounted sleeping room rates at three hotels, including the Doubletree Hotel, Carlyle Suites Hotel, and during some times of the year, the Hotel Palomar. Each of these hotels is in the DuPont Circle area, and is conveniently located within a few blocks of our meeting venues or of a Metro station that will take you to our meeting venue (such as in the case of the ASAE Ronald Reagan Building). Each of these hotels has been generous in providing outstanding facilities at discounted rates to our participants, and we are delighted to recommend them to you for your trip to Washington. When making a reservation, be sure to mention that you are a Washington Campus participant so that you receive the appropriate room discount.
If you are interested in sharing a room with another program participant, feel free to use our web-based forum to search for a potential roommate or to share information with other students about hotel recommendations you might have.
